Being healthy as a teen is far from having the "ideal" body. It is about fueling yourself with the right nutrients and releasing worries through exercise! It doesn't have to be hard!

- Limited processed foods
- Drinking lots of water

Positivity will transform your life. Being positive in my life has left me to feel fulfilled through my everyday life. It is important to implement things that make you feel good on the inside!
