Tips for ordering healthier at fast food:
Eating healthy at fast food can be challenging with all the grease, breading, and frying that goes into making the food. To try to feel your best after eating fast food, here's some tips when ordering!
1. Try to avoid foods that are dipped in breading such as chicken nuggets. I suggest ordering grilled or naked chicken to combat this!
2. Fries are filling, however, it is best not to order a large side of fries with your meal. If you are feeling fries, I suggest ordering a small fry which will still leave you satisfied.
3. When it comes to sides, pick the option that will leave you feeling the best! For example, a cup of fruit with my Chick-Fil-A meal is refreshing and leaves me feeling great and guiltless after eating.
4. Salads are great for you, but many dressings are not! When eating a salad try to opt for less caloric dense dressings such as a light vinaigrette.
